• Production and Demand & Supply Planning (Shift Wise/Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
• Ensure customer needs are met and handle complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Build new processes and procedures.
• Simplify manufacturing through work study and automation.
• Prioritize and accommodate change requests.
• Adhere to quality assurance processes.
• Improve topline by ensuring RFD and Dispatch Adherence.
• Establish systems to reduce workforce dependency with automation.
• Exhibit Safety Leadership by adhering to safety standards.
• Establish a system for EHS (Environment Health & Safety).
• Adopt environmentally conscious practices.
• Ensure adherence to plant statutory compliance norms.
• Facilitate smooth batch processing of new products at Plant.
