Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS or equivalent.
• Mandatory Omani national citizenship (Omani Nationals Only).
• 1–2 years of progressive experience in data centre operations, systems administration, or IT support.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration knowledge.
• Core networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and Firewalls.
• Backup management, data restoration, and disaster recovery experience.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative skills.
• Legal work authorization and on-site residency in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Linux operating systems in enterprise data centre facilities.
• Configure and support TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall policies.
• Perform routine backup management and disaster recovery verification.
• Monitor data centre environment, racks, power, and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, network, and application issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security baselines, patching, and change control.
• Collaborate with systems architects, network engineers, and client IT teams.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset inventories, and incident records.
