Detailed Job Description:

As a Data Centre Management Officer supporting Talent Arabia on an on-site basis in Oman, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of server maintenance, network configuration, backup execution, and technical troubleshooting across mission-critical data centre facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems, monitoring TCP/IP routing, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall rules, executing backup and disaster recovery schedules, collaborating with multidisciplinary IT engineering squads, and interacting directly with senior talent acquisition specialists like Ifra Khan. You will manage application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server and Linux operating systems within primary data centre facilities.
• Support core networking operations including TCP/IP addressing, VLAN configuration, VPN tunnels, and firewall security policies.
• Execute routine backup management, data restoration procedures, and disaster recovery verification protocols.
