Job summary

Responsibilities include recording daily transactions, preparing invoices and vouchers, aiding monthly close, maintaining petty cash, and generating basic reports for management. Fresh graduates are welcome; teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support monthly closing and reconciliation of accounts.
• Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
• Monitor and update inventory records in coordination with the warehouse.
• Generate basic financial and inventory reports for management.
