Euro Staffs in Muscat, Oman is seeking an Accountant with Oman experience for an on-site role. The position requires handling day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reporting to support business growth.

We expect 2–4 years of Oman accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel. Applicants must be in Oman with transferable visa for immediate or quick start. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven accounting experience in Oman.
• Must be in Oman with valid visa (Transferable).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Or part qualified of professional accountancy programs welcomed.
• Proficiency in latest accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and monthly closing of accounts.
• Assist with VAT calculations, filings, and compliance with Oman tax laws.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and local regulations.
