Job summary

Euro Staffs in Muscat is looking for an Accountant cum Inventory & Warehouse In-Charge to manage day-to-day accounting and warehouse inventory control.

The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with Zoho Books and Tally. It is an on-site, full-time position with a salary range of 200–350 OMR per month, depending on experience. GCC driving license is required, and there is preference for Hindi language ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting or related field.
• 2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Experience with Zoho Books and Tally preferred.
• GCC driving license is required.
• Hindi language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, payments).
• Manage supplier and customer ledgers and stock reconciliations.
• Maintain warehouse inventory records and related documentation.
• Prepare stock, purchase, sales and expense Excel reports.
• Coordinate with operations/drivers for collections and deliveries.
• Assist with VAT, audits and other accounting requirements.
