Job summary

Euro Staffs in Muscat is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial statements, GL, and compliance for a on-site, full-time role. You will handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, GL maintenance, and tax compliance in the Oman market.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Tally, and will support budgeting, forecasting and audit processes while ensuring adherence to local financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
• Prepare management reports and analyze financial performance.
