Job summary
Different Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a proactive Partnerships Associate to grow our merchant network in Oman, focusing on onboarding and engagement across key sectors.
Fresh graduates are welcome, with 0–2 years in related roles for others, and a strong drive for business development and field work in Muscat. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth merchant launches, ongoing engagement, and performance growth, with opportunities to progress into Merchant Manager /
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates welcome, internships or projects in sales, business development, partnerships, or operations.
- For experienced candidates: 0–2 years in merchant acquisition, account management, business development, or similar roles.
Responsibilities
- Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and approach new merchants across priority categories; Pitch tailored merchant value propositions; Support onboarding end-to-end; Ensure proper setup on tools and operating processes.
- Relationship Management: Build partnerships and be a trusted contact; conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention; gather feedback for product/campaign improvements.
- Campaign Support & Growth: Support promotional campaigns to improve merchant performance; coordinate in-store activations; track results and suggest improvements.
