Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for our Oilfield Trading Division in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Oman oil & gas market, oilfield equipment, and an established network with key industry clients.

The role requires steering sales strategies, managing tenders and key accounts, and coordinating with suppliers while ensuring adherence to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Several years in oilfield equipment sales/trading, including Oman market.
• Strong network within Oman’s oil & gas industry.
• Good technical knowledge of oilfield equipment and supply chain.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and grow business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
• Oman driving license is mandatory.

• Manage tenders, quotations, contract negotiations, and key accounts.


• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.


• Prepare sales reports and support junior sales team members.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).


• Several years of experience in oilfield equipment sales/trading, including experience in the Oman market.


• Strong network within Oman s oil & gas industry.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
