Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced Electrical/Instrumentation EIT supervisor for an offshore deck/topside project in Oman. You will oversee planning, preparation and execution of all discipline requirements from yard activities to load out.

You will ensure constructability aligns with project drawings and industry standards, and manage construction with a strong focus on safety, quality and schedule. The role requires multinational teamwork and deep knowledge of offshore criteria.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• 8 years experience on large offshore decks/topsides in an EIT supervisory role.
• Experience with multinational teams.
• Knowledge of project execution procedures and field management.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors or heavy construction.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes and safety criteria.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities/structures and yard operations.
• Knowledge of sour gas and LNG production facility risks.
• Experience in large scale operating organizations across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, preparation and execution of all E&IT discipline requirements from yard activities to load out.
• Ensure constructability aligns with project drawings and industry standards.
• Manage construction activities with a strong focus on safety, quality and schedule.
• Supervise Contractor/Subcontractor activities related to fabrication, completion and commissioning.
• Identify progress/quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
