Job summary

Al Baraka Oilfields Services SAOC in Muscat seeks a Construction Supervisor Electrical to lead on-site electrical activities on major projects. The role focuses on supervising installation, safety, quality and coordination with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning and client representatives to ensure timely delivery of LV/MV/HV systems from drawing to handover.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors, document inspections, tests and handover dossiers, and ensure strict compliance with safety,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant electrical construction experience for Diploma holders; 5–8 years for Bachelor's degree holders.
• Experience in supervising electrical subcontractors and site teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical construction and installation activities.
• Plan manpower, tools, and equipment according to work requirements.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specs, ITPs and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, procurement and client representatives.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
