Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical activities on a major energy project in Oman. This role involves managing and executing all phases of electrical systems including pre-commissioning and ensuring safety compliance.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 12-15 years of relevant experience in large EPC projects. Candidates must excel in leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in electrical engineering within large EPC or energy infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of complex industrial facilities.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical systems and critical power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and project commissioning procedures.
• Supervise electrical commissioning teams and allocate resources effectively.
• Review and approve electrical commissioning procedures and test packs.
• Provide technical leadership for HV and LV systems.
