Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in building materials, construction, or related trading sectors.
• Strong background in B2B sales, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but practical sales performance and industry experience are valued.
• Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with construction companies, contractors, and project managers.
• Actively prospect for new clients, track upcoming construction projects, and pursue fresh commercial opportunities across Oman.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, handle client inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide appropriate technical/product support.
• Prepare and deliver clear sales presentations, product quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Lead price negotiations, finalize terms, and close sales contracts in line with company policies.
