Job summary

Specialized Import and Trading LLC in Muscat is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Representative to build strong relationships with construction companies, identify project opportunities, and present our material range to close deals.

You will lead sales strategies, deliver compelling proposals, and coordinate with customers to ensure order fulfillment while expanding our footprint across Oman. 2+ years of B2B sales, excellent communication, and a drive to work in the field are a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in building materials or related sectors.
• Strong background in B2B sales, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and with the team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• GCC or Omani driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with construction companies and contractors.
• Prospect for new clients and track upcoming projects across Oman.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, coordinate orders, and provide support.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Lead price negotiations and close sales contracts per policy.
