Job summary

MASIN Group, a global consultancy, seeks an experienced Business Development professional to grow our Oman footprint, with a focus on Muscat. You will identify new clients, build relationships with law firms, consultants, and contractors, and lead opportunity pipelines from first contact to engagement.

You will leverage a strong network, develop proposals with internal teams, and represent the firm at events, driving growth in a competitive market while reporting on progress and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Development experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, construction, legal, or related B2B environment.
• Proven qualification in Business Development, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients in Oman.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, law firms and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective opportunities from initial contact through engagement.
• Identify market opportunities and potential clients across relevant sectors.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams in preparing proposals and client presentations.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings and networking activities.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and opportunities.
• Maintain regular reporting on BD activities, prospects, pipeline and conversions.
