Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the engineering department and respond to guest repair requests.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support maintenance and renovation projects.
• Complete guest request work orders promptly and accurately.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance per the scheduled program.
• Uphold InterContinental’s guidelines and service standards and deliver high-quality work.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure PPE is used on duty.
• Keep workspace clean and submit end-of-shift forms.
