This entry-level position welcomes freshers with basic training; you will work with a small team, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with colleagues to complete projects. Salary is 1000$ per month for full-time work, with housing arrangements on you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, etc.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina for manual labor.
• Attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of our facilities and identify issues or needed repairs
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Keep track of inventory levels for supplies and materials needed for maintenance work
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
