Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join our hotel maintenance team. The role focuses on supervising the operation, preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure safe and reliable hotel facilities.

The position requires a Diploma or technical qualification in Engineering and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with the ability to manage work orders, schedule staff, and supervise contractors.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience and ability to lead maintenance teams.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Engineering or related field required.
• Knowledge of hotel building systems and preventive maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in maintenance, repair and operation of hotel facilities and utilities.
• Plan workload, staffing and scheduling for your shift to meet business needs.
• Train and guide team members; ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with contractors for services on hotel facilities and infrastructure.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in hotel safety procedures.
