Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years in restaurant or food business management.
• Experience in multi-location restaurant chains.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise.
• Excellent customer focus and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all locations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies.
• Maintain high customer service standards and brand consistency.
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant managers and staff.
