The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Casual Dining Restaurant operations, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive sales growth, operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all assigned outlets.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Current designation must be Area Manager overseeing multiple restaurant outlets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Area Manager / Multi-Unit Manager role.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Casual Dining Restaurant Operations.
• Candidates with experience outside the Casual Dining Restaurant sector will not be considered.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, restaurant management platforms, and business analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales, operational, customer service, and profitability targets.
