Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Executive in Oman to drive monthly vehicle sales across new and used vehicles while ensuring a premium customer experience from initial contact through handover.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries via Walk-in, phone, and digital channels, maintaining CRM data, and delivering targets for F&I products, warranties, and accessories. A 1–3 year track record in franchised automotive sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years automotive retail sales in franchised dealership (KSA) preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving unit sales, F&I penetration, and trade-in conversions.
• Strong knowledge of customer need analysis, negotiation, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets across new and used vehicles.
• Deliver targets on Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, extended warranties, accessories, and trade-in conversions.
• Maintain pipeline coverage across all enquiry channels to support consistent sales performance.
• Follow structured sales processes including needs analysis, product presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage walk-in, telephone, and digital enquiries within defined response time standards.
• Capture accurate and complete customer information in CRM / DMS systems.
• Conduct structured customer engagement including needs analysis, vehicle demonstration, test drives, and follow-ups.
• Maintain continuous follow-up on open leads to improve conversion rates and reduce lost opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, features, and campaigns.
• Stay updated on competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Complete all mandatory OEM and dealership training programmes.
• Deliver a premium showroom experience and coordinate handovers with service teams.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and documentation; report activity as required.
