Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the Head of Mine Development and Operations. You will coordinate day‑to‑day mine operations activities, track project timelines, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and compliant with company standards.

You will liaise with internal teams and external contractors, organize meetings, and prepare dashboards and summaries for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) or PMP or related project coordination certification is advantageous.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or operations support, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial settings.
• Proficiency with project coordination tools and scheduling techniques.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities; able to work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track mine operations projects, initiatives, and improvements against timelines and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, action logs, and status trackers; flag delays or risks to the Head - Mine Development and Operations.
• Maintain organized project files, records, and documentation for mine operations activities and reports.
• Support resource planning, scheduling, and liaison with internal departments and external contractors/vendors.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and company policies; assist in meetings and minutes.
