Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Project Planner for cost and scheduling support across CSU activities in oil and gas facilities. You will develop integrated activity plans with engineers and create execution schedules for the project lifecycle, from design through start-up.

You will implement standardized cost and schedule reporting, maintain dashboards, and provide timely risk assessments. Strong communication, leadership, and multi-discipline coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, ideally mechanical.
• Minimum 10 years in oil & gas project management.
• Primavera P6 and SAP experience is mandatory.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost & planning services for CSU activities.
• Develop schedules with project engineers and construction engineers.
• Maintain integrated activity plans for Coastal projects.
• Build execution plans for project phases and ad-hoc requests.
• Report progress and update plans; co-operate with planning/engineering teams.
• Mitigate plan delays and support project engineers.
• Implement cost/schedule dashboards and real-time reporting.
• Train planning team and QS on planning techniques (earned value, EVM).
• Perform trend analysis to forecast costs and schedule risks and inform stakeholders.
