Job summary

Snoonu in Oman is seeking an Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and onboard restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other businesses onto the Snoonu platform. You will lead meetings, negotiations, and onboarding activities to drive monthly merchant onboarding targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and 1–3 years in sales or merchant acquisition, with strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants across assigned territories and categories.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline to consistently achieve monthly onboarding targets.
• Collect and verify merchant documentation required for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and launch.
