Pinnacle Global employment Pvt Ltd in Oman seeks an experienced HVAC MEP Technician to join our facilities maintenance team. The role focuses on installation, operation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems in hospitals, healthcare facilities, and large infrastructure projects.

Competenze

• SSC 10th pass with ITI trade certificate in a relevant technical trade.
• 2–3 years post-certification experience; minimum 5 years facility maintenance in hospitals or large projects.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently; coordinate with facility management teams.

Mansioni

• Carry out installation, operation, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Maintain electrical power distribution systems including LT panels and DBs.
• Operate and maintain diesel generators and ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Position HVAC MEP Technician

Educational QualificationMinimum SSC 10th Pass Recognized ITI Trade Certificate in a relevant technical trade 2 3 years ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant post-certification work experience in facility maintenance preferably in hospitals healthcare facilities commercial buildings or large infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation operation commissioning troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
• Maintain electrical power distribution systems including LT panels DBs and associated electrical equipment
• Operate and maintain diesel generators DG sets and ensure uninterrupted power supply
• Perform basic plumbing and drainage system maintenance and repairs
• Inspect maintain and troubleshoot fire-fighting systems and related equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot medical gas pipeline systems MGPS in healthcare facilities
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of all MEP systems
• Identify technical faults carry out corrective maintenance and minimize equipment downtime
• Maintain maintenance records service reports and equipment logbooks
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures operational standards and hospital maintenance protocols

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
• Knowledge of commissioning and preventive maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with hospital utility systems particularly medical gas and fire-fighting systems
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with engineering and facility management teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from a recognized institution is essential.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing from a reputable organization demonstrates specialized knowledge.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems is crucial for effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience in commercial or industrial MEP projects is preferred for understanding diverse system requirements.
