Deutsche Bank in Riyadh is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the Head of Finance, KSA, in delivering accurate financial and regulatory reporting for banking and wealth management. The role requires hands-on experience with audits, regulatory returns and month-end close, with strong Arabic communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Recognised accounting qualification and 6+ years in finance roles.
• Experience in regulatory reporting for banking or securities.
• Ability to analyse risks and communicate solutions.

Responsabilités

• Direct reporting line to Head of Finance, KSA.
• Be the main registered finance contact point with the regulator SAMA.
• Demonstrate solid banking and markets finance experience.
• Regulator communication primarily in Arabic; fluency required.
• Manage external/internal audits and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee regulatory and tax returns; review monthly, quarterly and annual returns.
• Validate month-end close processes; coordinate with front office and Riyadh.
• Support balance sheet substantiation and internal controls.
• Assist New Product Approval risk assessments for new initiatives.
• Onshore KSA coverage for core finance roles as directed.
