Job summary

MENA HR Solutions LLC. seeks a Strategic Finance Leader to shape and execute the corporate financial strategy, advise the CEO and Board, and enable sustainable growth across the organization.

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance metrics in a manufacturing/ seafood context. The candidate will strengthen governance, manage liquidity, optimize cost and partner with Operations to drive value creation while leading a digitally enabled finance function with ERP systems

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience in treasury management, funding, cash management and banking relationships.
• Experience in manufacturing/capital-intensive operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate financial strategy.
• Advise CEO/Board on capital structure and long-term value creation.
• Provide strategic financial insights for sustainable growth.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Deliver timely management reporting with actionable insights.
• Monitor EBITDA, cash flow, ROCE and working capital.
• Manage liquidity, banking relationships and financing facilities.
• Drive cost reduction, margin improvement and efficiency in manufacturing finance.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and robust internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional partnering with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Drive digital transformation and ERP optimization across finance.
