Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Regional Product, Data & Solutions Lead for the Middle East & Africa, based in Riyadh, to steer the Data & Analytics portfolio across the region. You will drive strategy, engage clients, and collaborate with global product teams to translate regional needs into scalable solutions.

The role combines product leadership, pre-sales, data expertise, and regulatory awareness to shape offerings, monitor data governance, and accelerate regional adoption of cloud-based capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and data fluency, incl. SQL, data integration, data modeling, APIs, metadata, data quality, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake.
• Python experience and familiarity with data governance, data lineage, semantic models, knowledge graphs, or AI-ready data practices are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the KSA/regional regulatory and data representative, coordinating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data Governance, and Technology teams to ensure regionally compliant solutions.
• Serve as the regional product and solutions representative for clients, communicating capabilities, value propositions, and roadmaps of Data & Analytics solutions.
• Drive regional product adoption and execution, coordinating dependencies, creating reusable solution patterns, and building regional partnerships.
• Own and advocate for the regional product strategy, aligning with global product managers, engineering, and Sales to address regional requirements.
• Support technical pre-sales activities with sample data, SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, and product configurations to show how solutions meet client needs.
