Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead product implementations across digital lending and core banking platforms. You will bridge clients, product teams, and technology groups to ensure successful delivery and adoption of fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital lending, core banking systems, and LOS/LMS, with 5–10 years in fintech projects. You will collaborate with banks and financial institutions regionally.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in banking/fintech/digital financial services.
Strong experience in Digital Lending platforms.
Experience with Core Banking systems or banking platforms.
Exposure to LOS/LMS implementations.
Experience with fintech implementation projects.
Understanding of credit workflows and lending lifecycle.
Experience translating requirements into functional specs and docs.
Experience in integration-heavy fintech environments.
Strong stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams.
5–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specs, process workflows, and documentation.
Act as liaison between business, customers, and technology teams.
Collaborate with engineering and solution architects to align implementation plans.
Manage deliverables, timelines, and expectations during the product implementation lifecycle.
Support digital lending platforms, LOS, and LMS implementations.
Coordinate and lead UAT activities and documentation.
Ensure successful platform adoption by business users and financial institutions.
