Job summary

SUWAIQ ARMS is seeking a Marketing Retail Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at China Mall Al Suwaiq by attracting merchants, retailers, investors and business owners to lease retail units. You will focus on tenant acquisition, leasing negotiations and relationship management.

The role requires proven sales/marketing/retail leasing or business development experience, strong networking and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced mall environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail leasing, or business development.
• Strong ability to attract and acquire new tenants, retailers, brands, and investors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve leasing and sales targets.
• Good understanding of retail market trends, tenant requirements, and commercial leasing practices.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and investors.
• Proactive, confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of China Mall Al Suwaiq by attracting new merchants, retailers, investors and business owners to lease retail units within the mall.
• Identify and engage potential tenants and negotiate lease terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure high retention and occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align leasing strategy with mall branding and events.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and conversion metrics.
• Provide market feedback and insights to management to inform leasing strategy.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail leasing, or business development, preferably within shopping malls or commercial real estate.

Strong ability to attract and acquire new tenants, retailers, brands, and investors.

Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve leasing and sales targets.

Good understanding of retail market trends, tenant requirements, and commercial leasing practices.
