Responsibilities

• Secure a safety zone during incidents and close entrances.
• Guide customers and staff to designated exits during emergencies.
• Assist elderly or disabled individuals with evacuation.
• Conduct daily patrols inside the mall and surrounding areas.
• Maintain fast communication with the control room and management.
