Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat is seeking a highly experienced Director of Human Resources to join the pre-opening leadership team. You will shape culture, talent strategy, and ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and international hospitality standards.

Lead HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and performance management, building a luxury service-driven team ahead of the grand opening and aligning people strategy with the resort’s ambitious business goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years HR leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Pre-opening or pre-opening-stage HR leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labour law and international HR practices.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of a diverse team across all departments.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Foster a high-performance, service-driven culture reflecting a luxury brand.
• Oversee employee engagement, training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Advise senior management on HR-related matters and DEI initiatives.
• Support pre-opening objectives and alignment of people strategy with goals.
