Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banqueting, events, and specialty dining venues.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of senior F&B leadership within luxury brands, with a proven record in multi-outlet operations and strong financial acumen.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of progressive F&B senior leadership experience within luxury resorts or internationally renowned brands.
• Previous roles as Director of F&B or equivalent senior leadership.
• Proven track record leading multiple outlets, banqueting, and resort dining.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Knowledge of luxury dining trends and premium service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field preferred.

We are launching an exciting new luxury Nikki Beach Resort & Spa in Yiti Bay,Sultanate of Oman and we are seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead the opening and ongoing success of an exceptional luxury resort. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all Food & Beverage operations across the resort, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banqueting, events, and any specialty dining venues. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, financial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Develop and implement the resort's Food & Beverage strategy in line with the overall brand vision and business objectives.
• Ensure exceptional service standards across all dining experiences while fostering a culture of genuine hospitality.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency through effective planning and performance management.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies while maintaining strong cost controls.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Food & Beverage leadership team.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and outlet managers to create innovative menus, unique concepts, and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless execution for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, licensing, and quality assurance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive Food & Beverage senior leadership experience within luxury resorts or internationally recognized hospitality brands.
• Previous experience as Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Assistant Manager F&B, or a comparable senior leadership role.
• Proven success leading multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting, and resort dining operations.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury dining trends, guest engagement, and premium service standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to inspire innovation while maintaining operational discipline and consistency.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
