Job summary

Experience is seeking an experienced Pre-Opening Director of Finance & Business Supports for a luxury Nikki Beach Resort & Spa project in Yiti Bay, Oman. You will lead financial planning, systems implementation, and fiscal operations for the hotel opening.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and coordinating with owners, corporate finance, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure a successful launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in at least one hotel pre-opening project is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.
• Experience with hotel accounting and property management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in at least one hotel pre-opening project is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Experience with hotel accounting and property management systems.
