Job summary

Confidential is seeking an exceptional MEP Director to lead the complete MEP delivery of luxury hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia, reporting to Project Director / Executive Project Director.

The role requires executive leadership of large multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS and related systems from design through handover, ensuring exceptional quality, guest experience and operational readiness for high-end hotels and resorts.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of MEP experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience as MEP Director / MEP Project Director with Tier-1 contractor.
• Saudi Arabia / GCC experience on luxury hospitality or giga-projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery strategy from design to handover.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS and hospitality systems.
• Coordinate with hotel operators, designers, architects, and authorities.
• Drive BIM/VDC, clash resolution and MEP integration with architecture.
• Ensure guestroom, restaurant, spa and public areas meet luxury standards.
