Job summary

ALEC FITOUT is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead complex fit-out and refurbishment projects for hospitality, retail and commercial sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate execution, manage resources, and ensure quality within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, has 20+ years in construction, experience in the Middle East, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong MS

Qualifications

Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 20 years in a construction environment, with Hospitality, Retail and Office Fit Out experience.
Experience in the Middle East construction market.
Excellent communication skills and expert knowledge of construction methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Review contract documentation, project schedules, bills of quantity, construction and design information to produce and implement a project plan.
Direct and motivate staff to successfully achieve the project plan.
Ensure that construction documentation is timely, detailed and coordinated for works.
Coordinate with contractor, subcontractors and consultants; attend and record meetings and issue instructions.
Oversee Local Authorities submissions, approvals and inspections for handover.
Guide project team to ensure efficient engineering, production and scheduling.
