Job summary

ucc holding seeks a Project Director to lead high-profile VIP five-hotel and entertainment developments, owning strategy, planning, and delivery from concept to completion while safeguarding schedule, budget, and quality.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and stakeholders, drive value engineering, and ensure client satisfaction, leveraging SAP ERP for cost control and performance tracking across all phases.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in construction or hospitality projects.
• 10+ years in project leadership within large-scale projects.
• GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure success.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and resources for on-time delivery.
• Lead quality assurance, safety, and risk management.
• Direct design, engineering, and construction supervision activities.
• Maintain client relationships and manage commercial obligations.
• Utilize SAP ERP for cost control and performance tracking.
• Provide leadership in team development and performance management.
