Responsibilities

• Take dining reservations and manage table seating during peak periods.
• Provide menu knowledge and personalized recommendations to guests.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure proper setup before/after service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
• Adapt to diverse guest demographics and upsell F&B offerings when appropriate.
• Promote F&B outlets, events, and local partnerships to enhance guest experience.
• Know the property's offerings to assist guests with upselling and information.
