PSA International in Oman seeks a logistics coordinator to manage order processing, assess customer orders for plausibility, and plan/book transportation orders. You will coordinate shipments end to end and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics and forwarding operations, familiarity with export/import customs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or other market software. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation.
• Preferable a professional degree from a licensed institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft software applications and/or other market leading software applications.

Responsabilités

• Order processing management.
• Customer order plausibility analysis.
• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders.
• Coordination and follow-up of the shipment.
• Customs processing (export/import).
• Documentation/administration/invoicing / filing.
• Feedback to the customer via various means (mail, phone, EDI).
• Operational troubleshooting.
• Non-conformance reporting in line with KPI’s.
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors according to agreed rates.
• End-to-end processing and punctual documentation.
