Job summary

Crystal Flash LLC in Muscat seeks a highly organized B2C & Project Sales Coordinator to manage daily execution for an assigned sales team. The role focuses on sales discipline, CRM control, quotes, opportunities, and tender coordination to help meet monthly targets.

The candidate should coordinate with remote technical support, monitor tender deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation. A prior background in sales support and ERP/CRM tools is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, project coordination or tender coordination.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to coordinate quotations, tenders and technical submissions.
• Strong Excel, reporting and computer skills; good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily check-in meetings with assigned Sales Counselors and Sales Executives.
• Review sales results, customer visits, plans, quotations and follow-ups.
• Ensure all opportunities, notes, quotations and actions are updated in Odoo CRM.
• Coordinate quotation, BOQ, MAS, AutoCAD, DIALux, technical submittals and tender prep with Remote Technical Support.
• Monitor tender deadlines and submission requirements; respond to customer emails within three hours.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Technical Support to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales, pipeline, activity and performance reports.
• Identify cross-selling, upselling and reactivation opportunities.
