Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Lead Core Network Architect to own the architecture and technical leadership of private mission-critical connectivity platforms. You will define end-to-end core strategies, lead multi-vendor integrations, and serve as the principal technical authority across EPC, 5G Core, and IMS domains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior expertise in telecom core network architecture across EPC, 5G Core and IMS.
• Proven track record leading large multi-vendor core network deployments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in high-stakes delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end mobile core network solutions across EPC, 5G Core and IMS domains.
• Lead multi-vendor integration across RAN, transport, OSS, MCX and security.
• Produce high-quality HLD and LLD documents and operational runbooks.
• Drive vendor relationships, influence roadmaps and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Engage customers at senior technical level and present architectural recommendations.
• Mentor and develop the core network engineering team.
• Support deployment, performance optimization and acceptance activities.
