Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Compact Core Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of compact core network solutions, including LTE/5G core-in-a-box. This role involves leading project delivery, managing deployment, and integrating core network elements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related fields, possesses experience in telecom project management, and has a strong grasp of LTE/5G core architecture. The position is located in Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman, and may require travel for deployments and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecom project management, especially in core networks.
• Strong understanding of LTE/5G core architecture and virtualization (NFV/Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of compact core network projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage deployment of compact/virtualized core solutions.
• Coordinate with core network engineers, RAN teams, and IT/cloud specialists.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards and cybersecurity requirements.
