Euro Staffs in Salalah, Oman, invites a Principal Architectural Designer to lead high-level concepts and full-phase design for commercial and residential projects. This on-site, full-time role requires strong leadership, a solid GCC-building code background, and proficiency in BIM tools.

You'll oversee multidisciplinary teams, review drawings for compliance, present designs to clients, and ensure spatial integrity from brief to construction documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural design experience with a proven portfolio covering commercial, institutional, or high-end residential projects.
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) with registered professional license or professional affiliation.
• Advanced mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and V-Ray/Enscape rendering tools.
• Deep knowledge of Gulf regional building codes, local climate-responsive design, and structural detailing.
• Based in Oman and ready for full-time, on-site work in Salalah Central.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-level conceptual design, architectural schematic creation, and spatial planning from initial brief through detailed design documentation.
• Direct multi-disciplinary design teams, ensuring seamless integration of structural, MEP, and interior architectural elements.
• Review technical working drawings, material specifications, and construction details for strict code compliance and design fidelity.
• Conduct site reviews and coordinate with contractors and project engineers to resolve field conditions and maintain spatial design intent.
• Lead client design presentations and articulate spatial concepts clearly to key project stakeholders.
