Job summary

Wefaaq seeks an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team and support the design and development of real estate projects in Muscat. The role focuses on multi-story residential and residential-commercial buildings with emphasis on Muscat Municipality regulations and approvals.

You will prepare architectural designs, coordinate with structural and MEP teams, submit drawings to authorities, review shop drawings, and ensure compliance with local standards while optimizing space and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Strong ability to review architectural drawings and technical details with accuracy.
Experience coordinating with Structural and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities

Prepare and develop architectural designs and plans for multi-story residential and residential-commercial buildings.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Review shop drawings and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with the approved architectural design.
Submit architectural drawings and required documents to Muscat Municipality and relevant authorities.
