Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven design portfolio across residential, commercial or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand requirements, budget and space.
• Develop design concepts and present mood boards and renderings.
• Create space plans and floor layouts to optimize usability.
• Source materials, furniture and fixtures with cost and lead times in mind.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and suppliers for implementation.
• Prepare drawings, schedules and specifications for construction.
• Manage timelines and budgets and communicate progress to clients.
