Job summary

Real Visions Interiors LLC in Muscat, Oman seeks a Senior Draftsman to independently prepare and coordinate complete interior and architectural drawing packages from design development through construction and as-built documentation.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of drafting experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and the ability to coordinate with site teams, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver accurate, buildable drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant drafting experience required.
• Experience in Oman or GCC preferred for local standards.
• Experience coordinating drawings with site teams, designers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong practical drafting and detailing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings and construction packages.
• Create shop drawings, joinery drawings and furniture layouts.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP services and site teams.
• Update drawings based on site conditions and revisions.
• Review subcontractor shop drawings and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain drawing registers and CAD standards; support project managers and engineers.
