Responsibilities

Maintain website functionality by monitoring server performance, troubleshooting errors, and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to BAAN ERP system integration.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective communication and issue escalation procedures.
