Job summary

ProgressSoft Corporation is seeking Support & Implementation Engineers to provide high-level onsite and remote IT liaisons. You will manage the full life-cycle of incidents and problems, collaborating with multiple teams and levels of technical support and engineering.

Responsibilities include implementing and installing solutions in customer environments, troubleshooting across databases, applications, and networks, preparing technical documentation, and performing preventive/corrective

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering/science, computer applications, or related field.
Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience in a related field.
Willing to travel abroad and work extra hours when needed.
Knowledge in database engines (Oracle and MS-SQL).
Knowledge in Linux and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge in application servers (Tomcat/WebLogic/WebSphere).
Knowledge in Directory Services (AD/LDAP).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Implement and install solutions on customer test and production environments.
Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot issues across databases, applications, networks, and integration interfaces.
Respond promptly to customer requests/tickets.
Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits at customer sites, remotely or onsite.
Perform additional job-related duties incidental to the work.
