The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, 3+ years of experience, and fluency in Arabic and English. The position may involve vendor management and keeping pace with rapid tech changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science with at least 3 years of experience in IT service management.
• Preferably based in Oman or the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to lead IT and manage strategic projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data security regulations and restrictions in Oman/the Gulf region.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
• Ability to keep pace with rapid technological advancements and adapt to changing environments.
