Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking a Project Coordinator in Oman to act as the operational liaison for enterprise IT initiatives. You will establish governance, maintain ADRID/RAID logs, and drive alignment across software engineering, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include authoring precise meeting minutes, publishing dashboards, supporting steering committees, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in IT project coordination or PMO operations.
• Experience managing governance artifacts like action logs, RAID/ADRID.
• Ability to author concise meeting minutes under tight deadlines.
• Experience with scheduling, critical path tracking, and progress reporting.
• Strong multi-stakeholder coordination across distributed teams.
• Proficiency with PM platforms such as Jira/Confluence/Asana/Trello/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and govern ADRID/RAID tracking logs.
• Record and distribute detailed meeting minutes with owners and deadlines.
• Develop and update delivery trackers, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional interactions between software, IT, and business teams.
• Enforce project controls, documentation standards, and change management.
• Publish weekly/monthly executive status reports and KPI dashboards.
• Facilitate standups, risk workshops, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Track dependencies and milestones to mitigate slippage.
• Maintain project repositories and documentation archives.
• Support budgets, procurement paperwork, and contractor coordination.
